The record is put up on the prayer of O.P.No.1 wherein the ld. Counsel for the O.P. No.1 stated that the case has been amicable settled out of this Commission.

Complainant files also a petition supported by an affidavit praying for disposing of the case on the basis of non-prosecution on the ground that the case has amicably been settled in between the parties and the complainant has no further claim regarding the dispute.

Heard. Considered.

As the matter-in-dispute has been amicably settled on compromise in between the parties out of this Commission and both the parties are not willing to proceed with the case further as the complainant has no further claim from the O.Ps, we are of the opinion that there is no bar to dispose of the case for non-prosecution.

            Hence, it is

 that this case being No.49/2023 be and the same is disposed of on the basis of non-prosecution.

            Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties on free of cost.
