Order 

The matter is placed before the  Upbhokta Lok Adalat as per order dated 13.01.2023 of this Commission.

            Both the parties are present with their clients.

            The matter has been amicably settled between the parties out of court. Both the parties have stated jointly that they are willing to compromise the matter in between themselves So the matter has amicably settled as per statement.

 The OP-1 is directed to make registration of the flat in question as per schedule of the Agreement for sale within 15 days from this date of  order .

Ld. Advocate for the OP-1 is requested to look into the matter so that the OP-1 should consider the matter of interest as paid by the complainant amounting to Rs.3,58,799/-  only as much as possible.

The OP-1 is also directed to handover the possession of the flat of the Complainant.

The matter is thus disposed of on full satisfaction.

As the matter has been settled and disposed of, MA being no. 629/2022 calls for no     consideration and as such the same is disposed of. Record of the case need not be placed in Ejlash on 14.03.2023.

Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost on proper endorsement.
