1.Sidak Auto Mobiles Pvt.Ltd.71/3 Mile  Stone, GT Road, Karnal through its Managing Director,(Authorized dealer of respondent no.2./Vehicle Car bearing registration No. HR-05AE-5577).

2. Skoda Auto India Plot No.A-1/1, Shendra 5 Star Industrial Area MIDC, Taluka and District Aurangabad 431201 Maharashtra through its Managing Director.(Manufacturer of the vehicle car bearing registration No. HR-05AE-5571).

3.United India Insurance Co. Ltd. through its Divisional Manager, Divisional Office at Karnal (Insurer of the vehicle car bearing registration No. HR-05AE-5577).

                    In view of the application of both the parties, the file has been taken up today. The parties have arrived at a compromise. Their statements to this effect have been recorded.   As per the compromise Ex.C1 the Accountant of this office is directed to issue a cheque of Rs.1,30,000/- in favour of OP No.1 and the remaining amount be disbursed in favour of the complainant alongwith the interest. The complaint is disposed off accordingly. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
