Heard. The complainant appeared directly. He purchased 1 acre 75 cents of land from the 1st opposite party by paying consideration of 6,90,000/- on 10/01/2009 in Vathukudy Village, Udumbanchola Taluk and residing there. In which the 2nd opposite party is the broker for the same. Some other people forcibly entered into the property of the complainant and tried to fix a motor for pumping water. The complainant obstructed the same, but the opposite parties threatened the complainant and made damages in the property of the complainant. It is revealed to the complainant that the opposite parties created forged agreement and cheated the complainant. We think that this matter will not comes under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, because it is criminal in nature. Hence the petition dismissed.
