ORDER

The complainant is present. R-1 and R-2 are served with the show cause notice personally by RPAD. Service is held sufficient. R-1 and R-2 are called out. They are present. Sri. M.Krishna, Advocate files wakalath for R-1 and R-2. At this stage the complainant files a memo stating that after the institution of this complaint before this Forum the respondents have paid the amount of Rs.27,000/- claimed in this complaitn by issuing cheque in his favour. Hence the matter is settled out of court. As such he has prayed for disposal of this case as not pressed as settled out of court. Heard. The fore-going facts reveal that the complaint is settled out of court. Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled out of court. No costs. File be closed. Send the certified copies of this order to both sides parties by certificate of posting.
