Today is fixed for filing written version by O.P. No.1 as a last chance i.d., necessary order and to take fresh step by the complainant against O.P. No.2 along with requisite.

It is evident from the record that on 05.01.2021, this record was placed before the Ld. Bench in view of the put up petition filed by the complainant. In this petition complainant prayed to dismiss the case for non-prosecution stating inter alia that out of Forum in between the parties, dispute involved in this case has been settled and as such, the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case. Hence, it is

the Consumer Complaint No. 133/2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution without any cost.
