The complainant admits that the dispute between the parties are  settled down outside the court fully and finally and that he does not want to proceed further in this case, to that effect a memo has been filed with his signature and copy of the same has been also served  upon o.p. In view of the facts and circumstances, the case is disposed of on compromised without cost, the order is pronounced in the open court on the 6^th day Sept, 2022.
