This record is put up on the straight of a memo filed on behalf of the appellant.

         Learned counsel for the appellant is present. Respondent/complainant is present in person.

         A joint compromise petition supported by affidavit has been filed by the parties praying therein to disposed of the appeal in terms of the compromise. It is submitted by the parties that in view of amicable settlement arrived at between the parties as per terms and stipulations contained in the jointed compromise petition, parties are dissolved their dispute. Therefore, the appeal may be disposed of in terms of compromise.

        In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the joint compromise petition. the joint compromise petition shall form part of this order.
