          This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on  5-6-2014, in the presence of complainant and Sri K. Ramesh, Advocate for opposite party no.1 and opposite party no.2 and 3, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:
