There is delay of 52 days in filing this appeal and therefore this Misc. Application has been filed to condone the delay.  The delay is explained in chronological order as per the statement made in paragraph no.4 on day-to-day basis.  The same is affirmed on affidavit by an Official of the Applicant/Appellant – Mr.Jitendra Kumar – Manager (Legal).  It speaks about delay which in today’s days of automation can be avoided.  However, chronological events show that Applicant diligently trying to file the appeal.  Therefore, we find that the delay is satisfactorily explained and hence, we pass the following order:

O  R  D  E  R

       (i)     Application for condonation of delay stands allowed.

         (ii)        Delay in filing appeal is condoned subject to cost of Rs.5,000/- which shall be paid within 30 days, failing which without any further reference to the Commission the application shall stand automatically rejected.
