                    Despite repeated calls since morning none put in appearance on behalf of parties. It is already 03.20 P.M. No further wait is justified and possible. Arguments in the complaint were heard on 30.09.2013 by the then President and Members. They did not decide the complaint and notice was sent to the parties. Despite repeated notices neither the complainant nor opposite parties appeared. It seems that complainant is not interested in prosecution of the Complaint.

          Therefore, this forum has no option except to dismiss the Complaint in default for non-prosecution. Hence the Complaint is dismissed in default for non prosecution.

Copy of order be sent to the parties as per rules. File be consigned.
