The complainant is present. Based on the memo filed by the complainant the complaint against the O.P.1 & 6 is dismissed. The complainant and OP.2 &4 are present and filed compromise petition and its contents are read over and explained to them in the language known to them and they admitted its contents true and correct and signed to it. The complainant reported receipt of Rs.10,000/- totally from O.P.2 & 4.The complaint is allowed in terms of compromise petition. O.P.1 & 3 are already set exparte.The complaint is also allowed against O.P.1 &3 & 5 also. Hence, the complaint is allowed against O.P.1 & 5 in terms of compromise petition. Parties are directed to bear their own costs. O.P. 1 to 5 are directed to pay to the complainant R.s20,000/- within on month from today. If O.P.1 to 5 failed to pay the balance amount of rs.20,000/- as ordered above, the complainant is at liberty to recover the same from O.P.1 to 5 by filing execution petition
