Surinder Kumar Vs. Shubham Aneja & anr.

 

Present:       Complainant in person with Shri Rajender Juneja Advocate.

                   OP No.1 yet not summoned.

                   Shri Gaurav Gupta, Advocate for the OP No.2.

 

Power of attorney on behalf of OP No.2 filed.

At this stage, joint statement of complainant and counsel for OP No.2 recorded, vide which they have reached to compromise that the insurance company OP No.2 will pay an amount of Rs.3,37,899/- as full and final payment of the claim to the claimant within 45 days from the date of order. If the amount will not be paid within 45 days from the date of order then the OP No.2 will pay this amount of Rs. 3,37,899/- along with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of order. Both the parties shall be bound by their statement.

Heard. In view of the joint statement, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
