ORDER

On 03.10.2013 matter was adjourned for amicable settlement, if any. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that parties have arrived at a settlement. During negotiations three offers were given to the respondent/complainant and the respondent/complainant vide a letter dated 25.06.2013 has accepted offer no.3 vide which site no.10-C, Old Civil Hospital, Sultanpur Lodhi measuring 58.66 sq. yds. would be offered to the respondent/complainant for the tentative price of Rs.8,94,565/- subject to the payment schedule detailed in the draft allotment letter placed on record as Annexure-PP3 at pages no.101 to 105. It is submitted that both the parties have agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of the draft allotment letter, therefore now there is no dispute left. Accordingly, the revision petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Sh.Hansraj Sakhuja, husband of the respondent confirms of correctness of the statement made at the Bar by the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above, the revision petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The petitioner would issue the allotment letter in terms of the settlement within eight weeks and on the receipt of the allotment letter, the respondent/complainant shall make the payments in terms of the allotment letter.
