Heard. Vide order dated 27.2.2018 passed in Complaint No.236 of 2017 JDs No.2 and 3 were directed to pay an amount of Rs.3,000/- as composite compensation and litigation expenses to the complainant. Thereafter, on 26.3.2018, an application was moved on behalf of Chief Executive Officer, Milk Plant, Begu Road, Sirsa through ld. counsel for JDs to deposit cheque No. 0054 dated 26.3.2018 of the amount of Rs.3,000/- and said amount was ordered to be deposited in the relevant head. As per report of Accountant, said amount was deposited in RD Head Account through challan dated 27.3.2018. An application for withdrawal of deposited amount of Rs.3000/- has also been moved on behalf of decree holder. Today report of Assistant has been again called for who has reported that as per record no stay has been received from Hon’ble State Commission. So, the application moved on behalf of decree holder for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.3,000/- is hereby allowed and the  amount of Rs.3,000/- is ordered to be released in favour of decree holder. Refund voucher of the amount of Rs.3000/- be issued in favour of decree holder against proper receipt and identification. Papers be tagged with the main file.
