Today is fixed for hearing of petition dated 25.09.2019 (M.A.  28/2020) and petition dated 06.12.2019 (M.A. 29/2020) and the petition u/S 13(3B) of the C.P. Act, 1986.

Complainant files hazira through Ld. Advocate. No W/O filed by the OP No. 2 and OP No. 2 has filed a petition for adjournment.

MA 29/2020 i.e. petition dated 06.12.2019 is taken up for hearing and order. The complainant has filed this petition stating that the Kotak Mahindra General Insurance Company Ltd., having its office at 8^th floor, Zone – IV, Kotak Infinity, Building No. – 21, Infinity IT Park, Off Western Express Highway, General AK Vaidya Marg, Dindoshi, Malad(E), Mumbai – 400097 as OP party in this case for proper adjudication of this case as its Insurance Company. Heard. Perused the case record and this petition supported by an affidavit. The prayer is allowed. Let the Kotak Mahindra General Insurance Company Ltd., having its office at 8^th floor, Zone – IV, Kotak Infinity, Building No. – 21, Infinity IT Park, Off Western Express Highway, General AK Vaidya Marg, Dindoshi, Malad(E), Mumbai – 400097 be added as OP No. 3. The complainant is directed to file amended complaint by the date fixed.

The complainant is also directed to take fresh step against OP No. 3. The prayer of the OP No. 2 is allowed in respect of hearing of the MA case No. 28/2020.

To     31.03.2022 for hearing of the petition dated 25.09.2019 (MA 28/2020). The OP No. 2 is directed to file W/O if any, in the meantime.

To date for hearing of petition u/S 13(13B) of the C.P. Act 1986.
