Consumer Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Present:             Complainant in person.

Shri Sheetal Bindal, Advocate, Counsel for OP.

 

         

                     Today the case is fixed for filing written statement. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the OP by making a statement stated that OP is ready to pay the claimed amount of Rs. 23,818/- in lump sum as full and final settlement. 

                   On the other hand, Complainant by making a separate statement stated that she agrees with the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the OP and accordingly, withdraws the present Complaint being fully satisfied.

                          Heard. The dispute in question involved in the present complaint has been settled between the parties. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their statement made before this Commission.  A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
