As the Complainant has Executed GPA in favor of OP no.2 with respect to the subject matter of the vehicle and the complainant has lost his right on the said alleged vehicle,hence the complainant has no locus-standi to file the complaint against the OPs.

Hence as stated above,the complaint filed by the complainant is not maintainable and it is to be Dismissed.

Hence The Complaint is Dismissed.
