ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                              JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed this consumer complaint U/s.12 of C.P. Act, 1986 seeking following reliefs;

            “Direct the opposite parties not to repossess AL2516 IL Truck bearing Regd. No.OR-05-AQ-7247 and to supply loan agreement, account statement and other documents etc. and exonerate from unnecessary charges and pay compensation of Rs.90,000/-”.

            This case was heard and order was reserved by our predecessors on 10.8.2018 but order was not pronounced. Fresh notice to complainant was issued on 20.5.2023 but none appeared on several occasion and we have gone through the records and found that dispute between the parties mainly relates to accounts.

            Relation between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor. Agreement period has already over. There is no averment and pleading as to how complainant is a consumer and how there is deficiency in service or unfair trade practice. Period of contract/agreement has already expired since long i.e. in April, 2017. As such we find no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
