ORDER

Walideen vs. Shri Ram Transport.

CC No. 625 of 2010 (RBR No.10 of 2015).

 

Present: Sh. Walideen complainant in person with counsel Sh. S.P.Banchal Adv.

              Sh. Ajay Shakti Goel, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                        Counsel for the OPs made a statement that they will not illegally repossess the vehicle i.e. truck bearing No. HR-58-7629 and they will take action in due course of law.

                        On the other hand, complainant made a statement that in view of the aforesaid statement he withdraws the present complaint, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off being fully satisfied. Both the parties are bound by their statements made in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
