1.      The appeal is recalled at the end of the board. Presently also no one appeared for the appellant. Perusal of the record and proceedings of the appeal shows that advocate Mr.Sapkal had appeared for the appellant lastly before this Commission on 09/10/2018 and he also filed his power. He had sought time for hearing on admission of appeal. Therefore last chance was granted to him on 09/10/2019 for hearing on admission of appeal. The appeal was then adjourned till 10/12/2018.

2.      No one appeared for the appellant on 10/12/2018. Therefore again one more chance was granted to the appellant for hearing on admission of appeal. The appeal was then adjourned till 20/02/2019.

3.      Today i.e. on 20/02/2019 also no one appeared for the appellant at first call and also at second call today. Therefore we hold that the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Hence the appeal is dismissed in default..
