Matter settled. Filed compromise duly signed by both parties. As per the compromise memo, opposite parties agreed to pay an amount of Rs.23000/- (Twentythree thousand only) to the complainant within 30 days from the date of order in full satisfaction of the claim, without interest or costs and the complainant agreed to accept the offer in full satisfaction of the claim.
On the basis of the conditions in the compromise memo, Forum directs the opposite party to pay an amount of Rs.23000/- to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which the opposite party is at liberty to initiate steps for recovering the amount with interest at 12% per annum.
