Complainant and  his adv absent As per compromise agreement dt 15/2/2019 at Ex.13 filed alongwith pursis on dt 11/7/19 by OP no’s 1 and 2 that the matter has been compromised  between the parties. Complainant absent from  9^th July 2019 till today. Inspite of service of notice to complainant by forum he did not appear today and not taken any steps .As per  pursis it seems that on dt 11/7/2019 the matter has been compromised  between the parties and hence the complainant is not interested to proceed the case and therefore the case is disposed off  as dismissed in default.
