Complainant attendence has been filed through lawyer. From persusal of case record it transpires that on 18/03/24 last chance was given to the complainant for adducing his evidence but dispite that no evidence has been adduced by the complainant till date and five dates have already been passed even after giving the last chance to the complainant but complainant failed to adduce any evidence. So the conduct of the complaint shows that complainant has got no interest in this case and complainant is also not following the instructions / orders given by this commission.

Hence let this case be and the same is dismissed in non-compliance of orders of this commission. keep the record in the record room.
