     None is present for appellant. Perusal of the record and  proceeding of the appeal  shows that though the appeal was filed long back, the appellant did not remove the office objection till this date as recorded by the Registrar Legal. Moreover, this Commission issued separate notices dated 7/7/2016 and 23/03/2017 to the respondent. The second notice dated 23/03/2017 has been duly served  to the appellant as seen from the acknowledgment  received duly signed by the appellant. Moreover, this Commission also displayed a separate notice dated 3/2/2017 on notice board of this Commission calling upon the concerned appellant and their advocates to remove office objection within 15 days and further informing them that in case of failure, the appeal will be placed before the Bench  for appropriate order. Thus, despite of said notices, the appellant neither appeared nor removed the office objections. Therefore, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Hence appeal is dismissed in default.
