The matter is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel for the complainant is present.

Learned counsel for the OP is absent.   

 However, the complainant submits that the matter has been  settled  and does not want to proceed with the case.

 In view of above, in the spirit of  Lok Adalat and in view of the memo of the appellant, the memo is made part and parcel of this  order.

 In the result, the complaint  is disposed of as withdrawn.
