Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.      Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the  learned District Commission committed error in law by not considering the submission of the complainant that there is an outstanding of Rs1,52,000/- whereas the complainant is directed to pay Rs.3,03,390/- taking into consideration the arrear for the month of October,November and December. He also submitted that due to corona period the business was not running. As such he was not in a position to clear such amount. So he submitted for interventionof this Commission tothe impugned order.

3.      Considered the submission.Perused the impugned order. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.However, taking the submission of financial crisis of the complainant into consideration, the payment be made of 50% of Rs.3,03,390/-  and the rest of the order  passed by the learned District Commission shall continue.

          The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
