This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to refund the booking advance of Rs.10,000/- with 10% interest and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for mental agony with cost of Rs.3,000/- to the complainant.

Memo filed by the complainant’s Representative is recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.   No costs.
