File taken up in the National Lok Adalat. Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 1 has suffered the statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties and as per compromise the opposite party No. 1 will pay Rs. 48,073/- to the complainant within 30 days from today. On the other hand, the complainant has also suffered the statement that I have heard the above said statement of Ld. Counsel of opposite party No. 1 and agree with the same. If the opposite party No. 1 fails to pay the above mentioned amount within 30 days from today then the complainant may be allowed to file the execution application. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 1, I withdraw the present complainant being fully satisfied.

In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
