Since the decreetal amount has already been released in favour of the DH/Complainant vide order dt. 17-02-2016 passes in M.A.No.04/2016 by this Forum, hence the Consumer Complaint No.141/2015, for executing the order moved a fresh stands infructous. Moreover, if any claim as allowed by this Forum remains to be recorded from the OP, that shall be recovered by way of filing execution and not by filing fresh complaint.

        At this stage, ld. Counsel for the complainant appeared and stated ”Not Pressed” on the main complaint and submitted that same may be dismissed

        In view of this, the complaint, in hand, is dismissed being “Not Pressed”. The file after needful, be consigned to the Record Room.
