The Complainant present in person. Adv for Opponents representative adv filed a/l.   The Complainant has filed settlement pursis. As matter is settled between the parties out of Court. Hence  Complainant  allowed to withdraw the complaint against Opponent. The Present complaint is disposed of  accordingly.   Hence  we pass the following order :-

1. The Complainant’s complaint has been withdrawn and closed.

2. No order as to costs.

3. The  Certified copy of this order be furnished to both the parties  free of cost.

     4. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of member set, the same may be destroyed.
