              Perusal of the record shows that complainant resides at Lodhi Road and new cause of action has been made out against the OP at Janakpuri to attract the jurisdiction of this Commission. Complainant seeks permission to withdraw the present complaint to file it before the appropriate Commission. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. A copy of complaint be retained after giving original copy of the complaint to the complainant. Limitation, if any, be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the matter is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
