                Counsel for the respondent filed an application for striking off the name of the respondent. Counsel for the complainant notified about this application. However, he suffered separate statement to withdraw the present complaint on some technical fault. In view of the statement of the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty, to file afresh complaint against appropriate party and while filing the complaint, copy of this order will be attached by the complainant. Resultant, even dated application filed on behalf of respondent, becomes infructuous and is dismissed, as such. Original documents Ex.C2, Ex.C3, Ex.C5 to Ex.C7 are hereby ordered to be returned, after cross marking, to the complainant through her counsel, against proper receipt. File be consigned to the records.
