ORDER

Counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the complainant due to some technical defect with liberty to file the same before the appropriate Authority/Court/Forum/Commission.  He has appended a note in this regard on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect before the appropriate Authority/Court/Forum/Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
