ORDER

1.   Ld. Counsel for Complainants/DHs wants to make a statement and appended an endorsement on the front page of the Execution Application u/s of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, that the entire liability has been discharged by the accused persons by way of Cheque. However, it has not yet been encashed. In view of this endorsement, it cannot be said that accused persons have not complied with the order dated 08.09.2016 passed by this Forum. Hence, this Execution Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the Complainants/ DHs that in case the Cheque is not encashed or dishonoured, they are at liberty to file fresh Execution Application.

2.   The certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. The file be consigned.
