Sanjay Kumar son of Sh. Om Parkash, resident of village Sadarpur, Tehsil Gharaunda, District Karnal.   .

                                                Versus

Shriram General Insurance Company Limited & Transport Finance and Loans Branch in Karnal, through its Manager, SCO No.10, 1^st floor, Sector-3, FLR-1, HSIIDC, Opp., Transport Nagar, near Namestey Chowk, GT road, Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Today the case is fixed for filing the reply to the application for dismissal of complaint.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action.     

                 In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
