Learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia for respondent has appeared.

As per the report of Postal Department, appellant (applicant) – Sh. Rajendra Kumar Joshi has expired.

Today the case is fixed for condoning the delay occurred in filing the appeal, but none has appeared on behalf of the appellant – applicant.

Hence, in the absence of the appellant – applicant and on account of not pressing the above delay condonation application, the same shall stand dismissed.

Because the delay occurred in filing the appeal is not condoned, therefore, the appeal cannot be registered. Hence, the appeal is summarily rejected / dismissed. No order as to costs of the appeal.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
