ORDER

     Complainant/DH not present despite the fact that registered notice was issued on 03.09.2019 and it has been returned unclaimed.

     Perusal of the record shows that this is execution application under Section 25 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for recovery and compliance of the order dated 10.11.2014 passed by this Forum in Consumer Complaint No.269 of 2014. Perusal of the record further shows that after filing the present execution application, while the matter was posted for objections of the OPs on 15.06.2016, counsel for complainant/DH wanted some clarification from his client. Subsequent thereto on 12.07.2016, 01.09.2016, 14.09.2016, 18.10.2016 and 21.12.2016, none had put in appearance for the complainant/DH either she herself or the counsel engaged. Therefore, on 21.12.2016, the proceedings in the present execution application were adjourned sine die.

     The matter was recouped and even today complainant/DH has not put in appearance to clarify the matter. It appears complainant/DH is not interested for prosecution of the present execution application. Therefore, it is dismissed for want of prosecution. It is made clear that if the claim of the complainant still survives, she is at liberty to move a fresh application for execution of the order. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
