This case is coming on today before this Forum in the presence of Sri S. Satyanarayana, Advocate for the complainants and Sri D.S.R.K.V.V.S. Srinivasa Rao, Advocate for the opposite parties, this Forum made the following:-

This is a complaint filed by the complainants under Section 12 of the consumer Protection Act 1986 to direct the opposite parties to pay Rs.2,20,000/- with subsequent interest @ Rs.2-00 per hundred and per month from the date of death of deceased i.e. 18.6.2013 and award costs of the complaint.
2. Both parties filed joint memo stating that the matter is compromised and settled out of court. The opposite parties filed memo, Account payee cheque drawn on Axis Bank bearing No.267901 dt.28.8.2015 for Rs.2,00,000/- (two lakhs only). Hence, the complaint is dismissed.
