Statement of Sh. Anuj Mohan counsel for opposite party recorded to the effect that the opposite party company is ready to make the payment of Rs. 1,09,679/- to the complainant being full and final settlement of the claim within 45 days of the passing of the order. Copy of printout of email is attached. On the other hand, statement of Sh. Balwinder Singh Bhullar counsel for complainant also recorded to the effect that I have heard and read the statement of the counsel of opposite party and I being the counsel of the complainant and as per the instructions of the complainant ready to compromise the matter in Rs. 1,09,679/- being full and final settlement of the present complaint and in view of the same I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant with liberty to file execution if the opposite party will not make the payment within the prescribed period. 

In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the execution application if the opposite party will not make the payment within the prescribed period. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
