Order dated 27.03.15 – Counsel for the complainant filed a petition with affidavit to drop the case. Copy served. Counsel for Ops appeared today and filed show cause and has no objection if the case is dropped. By perusal of petition filed by the complainant and version filed by the Ops it is seen that matter has already been amicably settled between the parties for which complainant wants to drop the case. Hence the case is dropped as amicably settled between the parties.
