                        Case put up today. Advocate for the OP and the complainant present in this forum. The complainant filed a memo stating therein that they settled the matter  out of the forum and received an amount of Rs.3,000/- from the OP towards full and final settlement of the case and also prays before the forum to drop the case. The OP also agreed with the petition of the complainant. Heard.  Both parties have settled the matter. There is no further proceeding in this case. Hence dropped.  Supply the copy order to the parties as per the C.P.Act.
