In the result complaint is partially allowed.  The opposite party is directed to return the loan clearance certificate registration certificate of the two wheeler, the duplicate key of the vehicle and other related documents to the complainant within 30 days from the date of this order, and  to pay sum of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the complainant towards compensation for the mental agony cause to him owing to the deficiency of service of the opposite party and Rs.2000/-(Rupees two thousand only)  towards litigation expenses within 30 days from the date of this order, failing  which the said amount shall carry an interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of this order till date of its payment.
