R/o H.No.5-12-115, Rahamath Nagar, Nalgonda Town and District.

        This complaint  coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri S.Radha Krishna, Advocate for the Complainant, and Sri M.Narsimha Reddy, Advocate for Opposite Party, and  on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

        Both the counsels for parties have filed a memo of compromise.  The complaint is closed in terms of compromise.  The memo of compromise shall be made part of this order.  No costs.

TERMS OF COMPROMISE

 

 

        That the Opposite Party has agreed to allot a broken chit in chit group No.NLYZ 10/09 to the Complainant and the total value of the chit is Rs.3,00,000/- for a period of 50 months at the rate of Rs.6,000/- per month and the amount paid by the Complainant in the earlier chit will be adjusted in the present chit and the Opposite Party has agreed to allot bid in the next auction and the Complainant has to furnish sureties to the satisfaction of the Opposite Party as submitted earlier for the future liability and the Opposite Party has to pay the total prize amount of the said chit to the Complainant within 30 days from the date of auction.  The Complainant has agreed the above said terms.  Sureties furnished earlier will be accepted.
