Complainant & his counsel are absent since 03/06/2019 and had not taken any steps to serve notice to O.P.s. This Commission issues letter to complainant on 14/12/2021,   regarding continuous absence of complainant. The said letter was delivered to complainant;  postal acknowledgment is placed on record. Complainant and his counsel did not appear till date. It  appears that complainant does not wish to pursue matter further and had lost interest. Complaint deserves to be dismissed for non prosecution, hence dismissed.
