1.       None is present for the appellant. When the appeal is called for hearing at  3.35 p.m. today, Adv. A.R.Rathod is present for the respondent No. 1. He submitted that appellant and his advocate failed to appear before this Commission on so many dates, the appeal is tobe  dismissed in default. On the last date 06/07/2012, none was present for the appellant. This Commission granted adjournment as a last chance to the appellant subject to  the cost of Rs 500/-  is to be deposited in the “Legal Aid Account” of this Commission within two weeks. The said cost is also not deposited. Moreover, perusal of the earlier proceedings show that none is remained present for the appellant on 07/12/2009, 09/07/2010, 07/09/2011, 23/11/2011, 01/02/2012, 25/04/2012 and 06/08/2012. The appellant has also not filed all the documents which were before the Dist. Forum. Thus appellant was directed to file the same before  this Commission as per order dated 25/04/2012. In these circumstances, we find that appellant is not interested in perusing the matter. Hence appeal is dismissed in default.
