Perusal of the record & proceeding of the appeal shows that none appeared for the appellant on last four dates i.e. on 15.10.2015, 28.01.2016, 06.05.2016 and 30.06.2016. Therefore, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. The appeal be recalled at the end of the board for appropriate order.
