Appellant and the Respondent, both are absent in spite of notice published on notice board, on internet as well as by way of abundant precaution intimation was given by post on 02.11.2011.  Similarly, Maharashtra State Electricity Board is not in existence of which the Appellants are their officials.  In the circumstances, appeal stands dismissed for default.
