1. The Revision Petition is called for hearing at 12.45 p.m. today, None appeared for the revision petitioner. The perusal of the daily proceedings show that none had appeared for the revision petitioner on 26/09/2012, 18/10/2012, 02/11/2012 and 20/12/2012, when the revision petition was called for hearing. Even last chance was granted to the revision petitioner by this Commission for hearing on last date i.e. 20/12/2012. Thus we are satisfied that the revision petitioner is not interested in perusing the revision petition. In the result the revision petition is dismissed in default. No order as to cost.
