          Present appeal was lying on sine-die list.  Notices were issued to both parties. Notice issued to appellant is returned back with endorsement “Left without address”.  Notice issued to respondent is also returned back with endorsement “Left”.  Notice issued to the appellant was issued on the address mentioned in the appeal memo.  Latest address of the appellant is not available with the Commission and it cannot be found out for want of means.  Appellant should have informed its latest address.  It failed to do so.  It is not desirable to prolong the old appeal.  Hence, the following order :-

                             -: ORDER :-

1.       Appeal stands dismissed for default.

2.       No orders as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
